Gold Standard Bake Shop: My roots lie in Scottsdale, Arizona, but my love for food was shaped by a childhood filled with travel and cultural discovery. Raised by world travelers, I was introduced to global cuisines early on. Studying abroad in Europe deepened that passion, especially in cities like Paris, London, Switzerland, Spain, and Italy, where I explored markets, tasted local specialties, and learned timeless techniques from local chefs. Some of my fondest memories are of strolling through Parisian side streets, sampling handmade treats and absorbing the art of traditional baking. I’ve been cooking and baking for friends and family since the age of 10, and that early joy still fuels everything I do. At Gold Standard Bake Shop, I bring together global inspiration, organic ingredients, and old-world craftsmanship to create food that’s not only delicious, but deeply nourishing.
